      A marvellous opportunity of enjoying of rural tourism in Ronda in a natural place located in the most occidental side of Málaga province, the  Serranía of Ronda.

    Villa San Antonio is situated in the  rural district  of Hoyo Tabares ( knowed as "La Indiana" by inhabitants), 6 Kms. from Ronda over Ronda-Benaoján road, next to  The Naturals Parks of Grazalema, Los Alcornocales and Sierra de las Nieves, 5 minutes of  The Gato Cave,  15 of Pileta Cave and 20 of roman town of Acinipo.

   A c c o m m o d a t i o n

    Villa San Antonio is a centenary house of two floors totally reformed in June, 2007 remaining the original walls, as well as the most rustic and beautiful elements of this wonderful house, where every corner offers the warmth and delight that the most demanding traveler searches. In the ground floor one finds the most ample living room presided by a practical fireplace where there can be contemplated the original columns of Arabic brick. Separated from the living room for a wall of ancient perfectly preserved brick, you can find a beautiful and practical traditional kitchen and a bath with shower. The high floor, to which one accedes across an original stairs with rail of typical forge made in Ronda, there are 4 bedrooms with heating (2 width double beds and 2 with 2 single beds each one, 3 of them built-in wardrobes) and 2 baths (one of them built with Arabic brick and shower and the second one of modern style and tub). The roofs of wood are preserved in all the rooms, where to look up supposes transporting us behind in the time. The windows are of great quality with special isolation. Outskirts you see a clear Andalusian style in which they combine the original stone, which can contemplate in the corners, with the perfect completion of the brick of the front and up of the windows, all this crowned by the Arabic roof to four waters. The house is situated in a totally independent closed from 20.000 m2 of garden of irrigation by extensive vegetation where it is possible to enjoy the numerous fruit bearing trees, apple trees, plum trees, almond trees, quinces, pomegranates, fig trees, black poplars, walnut trees, etc., barbecue, swimming pool of salty water of 10 x 5 m2. with automated filter system, furniture of garden with tables, chair, as well as infantile zone with swings and parking for several vehicles. Next to he house there is an independent annexe, where in the ground floor you can find a large living room with fireplace, in which the rustic decoration is mixed by very practical elements, complete kitchen and bathroom, and in the first floor two bedrooms, one single and the other one double, with heating and complete bath with tub. The swimming pool is shared with the house.

C o n d i t i o n s    o f    l o d g i n s :

- Two nights are the minimum stays, except festive like Easter and Christmas (3-4 nights) and July-August (7 nights). They could be used after 16,00 of the day of arrival and have to be free before 12,00 of the day of exit, except agreement. 

- You have to rent and pay directly to the owner, paying a deposit of 50% in case of less than 7 nights and 30 % in case of 1 week or more. The rest of the total payment will have to become effective to the owner at your arrival with a guarantee of 90 € that it will be given back when coming out complete, whenever any flaw derived from a use of the utensils or elements of the house is not caused badly. The reservations will be provisional for 48 hours and they are not considered to be definitive until the owner of the house has not received the deposit. If after 48 hours the traveler does not confirm the sending of the deposit, the reservations  will be considered annulled.

- The  paid amount will not be given back  for possible reasons or problems no related directly to the house.

- The prices in the web site can be modified until the reserve because of changes in the page.

- In case of cancellation, if the traveler  notify it less than 1 week ( 7 natural days )  in R.S. Rest of Season  or less than 15 natural days before ( in H.S. High Season ( between Julie 15 to September 15, bridges, Holy Week and Christmas) he'll lose the right to devolution. In the other cases, the owner only will give back 75 % of the total paid.

-The traveler is totally responsible of the correct declaration of nº of people which will stay in  the house (not omitting children). 

- We not admit more people than the house is prepared. The owner has the right of not-admission or evacuation. 

- In the houses where there is spare beds the traveler have to pay 15 € plus per person and night.

- The price per week and month corresponds to the capacity of people that indicates the house without spare beds. In case of needing some spare beds will be due to pay to a supplement of 60 € per week/and of 180 € per month/spare bed/people. 

- The collection of keys will always take place before the 22 hours except in case of another agreement. 

- Pets are not allowed except the houses that express it in the Web.

- Visits that stay during the night are not admitted.

- If firewood is used the travelers have to pay 9 € per night.

- The irregularities or deficiencies will have communicated as rapidly as possible to the owner only during the stay.

- Casas Ronda do not become responsible of claims that do not have direct relation with the fact of the Reserve of the houses, like quality, benefits, deficiencies, etc. in which case it will have to directly do it to the owners of the same ones. 

- During the rental, the owner will enter periodically in the enclosure for irrigation and  maintenance.

O b s e r v a t i o n s : 

The rent can be done of the house and the annexe or separately, though only they will be rented complete and for weeks, weekends or bridges (to request price in these last two cases.
